Cairn has developed a career transition solution which is all about supporting mid-career, senior executives in a genuinely pragmatic way. Through a combination of executive search expertise, coaching and leadership development excellence, our program supports growth and evolution during this transitionary phase.
Programs are personalised but a typical program might be six months long, with high intensity in the first month, regular engagements in months two and three, with the intention that months four, five and six are focused on supporting the on-boarding into the participants new role.
