The Transition Journey is one that is incredibly personal. Each participant has a program designed to suit their very individual needs. Whilst we support the participant with relevant collateral, the participant's journey is exclusively theirs. Support is on one; no group seminars, no webinars, just a coaching relationship that relies on expertise, empathy, and relevance.

Cairn has developed a career transition solution that is all about supporting mid-career senior executives in a genuinely pragmatic way. Through a combination of executive search expertise, coaching, and leadership development excellence, our program supports growth and evolution during this transitional phase.

Programs are personalised, but a typical program might be six months long, with high intensity in the first month and regular engagements in months two and three, with the intention that months four, five, and six are focused on supporting the onboarding into the participant's new role.

Our program is based on three key pillars: Next Career, Coaching Excellence, and Transition Support.
